The registration of your office.
On this page you can register to get access to ‘My Open Tenders’. You only have to do this if you wish to submit a tender for the Open Call procedure. This registration allows the team of the Flemish Government’s Architect to create an account based on your latest details. You only have to register once to get unlimited access to the selection procedure of the Open Call. Afterwards you can always update your details at ‘My Open Tenders’.

For a temporary association.
If you wish to submit a tender with a temporary association, each of the offices taking part in this association have to be registered. Please note that it is not necessary to register your temporary association at this registration page. At a later stage in the submission procedure you will be able to create a temporary association to apply for a project. After your registration you will receive an e-mail with your office code and password with which you can log in at the ‘My Open Tenders’ page.
